Takes too much effort to explain even basic things. Even after giving written inputs, after sometime the input itself is not visible in the chat prompt. Output is average or below average.

I had to pay twice as i cud not add credits on primary account. Had to create new account and pay again to import original file and redo work again wasting credits.

Excellent tool

I have paid for the premium subscription multiple times, but the activation keeps failing. This is the second month in a row where the subscription doesn’t activate even after payment. Support takes time, and it disrupts work. Please fix the recurring billing/activation issue urgently.

This is good app but needs a subscription it should at least provide 1 day of free chat

I have been using the paid version for creating ppts and at start the ppts were good so continued with the paid subscription but post couple of months, you guys are just on a mission to eat up my credits with below par results. The results obtained when exported are not visible properly even in pdf format. What the hell am i paying premium for. Very dissapointed to say the least and sure to cancel my monthly subscription
