DOOR: Smart Access & Control

On my return from an assignment overseas, it was easy to download while in route back to The States while sitting in Doha International Airport and there were zero problems with entry once I reached the property!!!

This is is inconsistent, our apartment made everyone use this app and it works half the time. The idiots who installed the front door call box installed the camera upside down. Remote unlock doesn’t work consistently at the front door, does not work at all for the other doors, and the app logs you out constantly. Horrible experience.

Inconsistent on Apple Watch app

Doors don’t sync, people steal door codes, removes access from door codes. Sarah DARMON is the manager

This app is awful. Does not provide the user with smooth functioning to support your life. The watch application never works. I am constantly “logged out” of the app and on the watch. But then after you manually open a door with a code you’re magically logged back in the app. I have more Bluetooth issues with opening doors ever since this switched from Latch. Definitely the worst door access app I’ve used.

Almost every time I unlock my elevator using the app, it forcibly opens my apple wallet credit cards on both watch and iPhone.

Good but I need to learn!

Very poor app. Old app was latch. Not sure the point of this change. just a name change. App takes a long time to unlock doors and hangs up forcing restarts of app. They are wasting peoples time with this nonsense. Stick with a key. Close app when not in use and deny gos access The app is unreliable. It never unlocks on the first try. * Bluetooth connection problems with lock * If your phone battery dies, you get locked out if you don’t know the 8 digit code. * The app is slow and takes too many steps to open a door. * Guest access and delivery access is really really bad use butterfly instead.

There should be a favourites page that allows the renaming of the door codes instead of the cryptic numbers. Siri integration only works half the time.

First, the tap targets are too small. I’m sure they don’t comply with Apple’s app guidelines. And, now, the focus is not on opening the doors: it’s on selling you farkakte ‘services’. I can’t wait for our lease to end so I can delete this stupid app.
