1 Second Everyday: Video Diary

(May 2026 Edit) I’ve used this app for over 10 years. I’ve loved it, but the newest updates have made the video quality worse! I’ve had the feature to export my snippets in 60 fps for years. It used to be a toggle. Now that toggle has been removed not only for 4K exports (Paying for Pro) but also for 1080p exports. I want my memories to last by having the best quality videos by recording everything in 4K 60fps. But unfortunately 2025/2026 projects will look WORSE because the devs won’t fix this. I’ve tried to work with support on this many times but they haven’t been helpful. Maybe it’s time to try another app. ———————————————- I love this app! I used it most of 2013 and compiled my first year of snippets together. I love going back and watching it again and again. I love most the idea of recording 1 second to help me reflect later, rather than losing the opportunity to enjoy the moment at hand. Thank you!

Such a fun way to look back at life. It really makes you remember so many details of the years!

It’s a great way to record your life 💕💕💕 I’ve been using it for a little over two months and it’s been the best experience. 😊😊 I love looking back at the memories and videos that I record. It almost brings me nostalgia.😌😌 I’m so excited to see how the rest of my video looks for the rest of the year. 😆😆

App completely disregards the in app notification settings and nags you endlessly to open the app.

I’m on my 5th year and I decided to purchase the lifelong subscription because this app has been the best way for me to document my life. I love having a short video to summarize each year! Amazing customer service too when I had a question about the subscription options. Highly recommend!

We have literally watched our children grow up throughout the years on this app. We’ve used it for 8 years and it’s literally our family yearbooks. We rewatch them during the holiday. Love this app!

Numerous times I’ve missed moments bc the app takes forever to open or won’t stop recording so I’ll have to close the app which doesn’t save the video. Also doesn’t appear to be a way of saving the whole video in a single recording. For example, if you record a 30 second video, you can only save the 1 or 1.5 second clip.

Took a photo/video of my daughter every day for the first year of her life and the app complied a memory I couldn’t even imagine! Highly recommend!!
