    Drivers should refrain from calling passengers, pet names, nor should their cars be pungent with aroma. I also wish on the app we could click to not have a rider if they fall into that category.

    Every other day, this app changes the prices for rides that shouldn’t too much. $44 to go 10 minutes up the road is ridiculous and greedy. Any other day, the prices are $16 or less but every once in a while, this app will show the highest possible price. I’m just trying to go home after working all night on a night shift and I have to sit and wait for these ridiculous prices to drop after WORKING ALL NIGHT.

    I will think twice from now on. I thought I could depend on Lyft to get me a ride in their promised time. False, it might just time out a few time in a row and take over 45min to get ride only after to agreeing for priority.
