    • All payment methods rejected — The app used to work fine but now is rejecting all payment methods (credit card, Apple Pay, bank account direct withdrawal). It doesn’t give any reason for the rejection.
    • Doesn’t accept US Visa card — It didn’t accept my US-based Visa credit card
    • BROKEN - VISA credit/debit no longer works — Neither the App nor the station Ticket Machines will accept VISA cards anymore.

    • Crashes upon opening — After two years of frequent use without any issues, this latest version is absolute trash! It crashes each time I attempt to open the app.

    • Broken Captcha prevents login — App was fine until implementation of the current Captcha app. No matter how correctly I complete the puzzles it will not log me on. Complete junk.

    • Zwei Personen müssen zweimal eine Fahrkarte kaufen — Wenn man von Aachen nach Düren will und eine Fahrkarte für zwei Personen auswählt, muss man zweimal eine einzelfahrkarte kaufen.
    • Can’t buy for two people — Trying without success to purchase a ticket for 2 people. Only allows for one ticket at a time.

    • Language — It's very wired. It displays English on my friend's iPhone, but it displays German on mine. I can't find where to change it to English.
    • Buchungsseite wechselt automatisch auf Englisch — Ich habe die Navigator-App auf Deutsch. Wenn ich allerdings eine Fahrkarte buchen möchte, wechselt die Buchungsseite automatisch ins Englische.
    • Spracheinstellung kann nicht frei gewählt werden — Die Sprache der App ist an die Systemsprache des Mobiltelefons gekoppelt und kann nicht geändert werde.

    • Calendar Is Off — As of August 4, 2024 the calendar dates are not correctly lined up with days of the week (e.g. August 17 is Saturday, not Sunday). Would be great if you can fix that!
