The CC close date is removed. How is this a smart UI decision? Does BOFA not want customers to pay their bills on time?

Unable to login because the password input login is restricted to a length that does not actually reflect the true allowed maximum password length when creating an account with BoFA. I literally cannot enter my password. Insane oversight.
Haven’t been able to deposit a check electronically because every time I try to take a picture of the front or back it tells me full screen is required. I’ve never had this issue before and I’ve not changed any of the permissions for the app. I have an iPhone 12 and the latest version of the app. Please fix this issue quickly.

I have a BOA credit card and BOA car loan that I have. I go onto the BOA App and I can make a payment on my credit card through my credit union with no problem. However, I try to make a payment on my car loan through the same credit union and the BOA App tells me it doesn’t recognize that payment source. I go into the local BOA branch and they blame my credit union. How can BOA take my credit card payment from my credit union and then refuse to accept a payment from the same credit union for my car loan? Just stupid and very frustrating.

App will stop signing you in and just shows a blank white screen. Have to restart my phone to get it to work again.
Setting up the “new” recurring payment process (which I did not ask) for is absolutely horrible. No surprise, regarding this app.
