For the monitor to be costly you would expect the quality to be better but instead you get a lost connection all the time, low quality image and the app does not send notifications to your phone at all. It works 50% of time then randomly stops sending notifications for weeks. I’ve reset the system, deleted the app, turned notifications on high alerts, and still nothing. For the amount of money you spend on the monitor system you would think they would put more effort into the app development.

The baby camera is fantastic! All features work properly and are very accurate.

I can never watch back the videos of motion detection. I click on the recorded clip and it just never loads.

Notifications started are still NOT working on iPhone. No notifications with all settings on.

The app is quite poor. It fails to save videos, and even when it detects motion, the recordings are often unwatchable. If you manage to watch a clip once, it usually turns into a black screen right after. It works for real-time viewing, but if you need to review past events, it’s completely unreliable.

For around $100, the unit we got came with one small monitor. The app gives it such a versatile experience. Can turn on and off the nightlight from the app, speak through the 2 way camera, tilt the unit for different angles and more. Overall very happy with the app. Was easy to use. No lag on connection, and can connect and use more than one device at once!

My camera is not showing anything says keep loading

We loved this app because it was recording events when our baby moves, but it recently stopped doing it. We tried resetting the camera and deleting/downloading the app but it still doesn’t work.

It is a bear to connect using the QR code! Next to impossible.
