Very happy with pretty much all aspects of this monitor and app, EXCEPT that trying to playback the motion recordings doesn’t work properly. If you’re lucky, you might be able to view 2 or sometimes 3 before it tells you “failed to retrieve video”, and then you won’t be able to watch anymore until a later time. Does my head in!!! Would also love to be able to playback video at any point in time instead of being limited to just a 10sec clip when it captures motion, once per minute.
The memories feature regularly says “cannot retrieve video” on random videos. One minute I can access a video, next it’s just a blank screen. Completely unreliable from that perspective. As a general live monitor it’s fine.
Worked great for a bit and then stopped connecting to the camera. The app keeps saying my camera is offline but no amount of troubleshooting could fix it. Going to use a different system because this one is just not working.

The “motion detected” videos are getting frustrating. They use to work really well, but now whenever I try to play one, I get a message saying either “The event file not found, please try again” or “failed to retrieve video” there’s no option to play the video anymore. Please fix this.
App was functioning great until we upgraded to the latest iPhone 17 Pro series. Now we are unable to add the cameras to the app using the QR code, rendering this app non-functional. Developers - please fix this urgently!
Very easy to install and the option to monitor the baby from your phone beside the display unit. I also like the night light feature on the cameras. Overall very happy. Update: Recently the notifications stop working for days and it happens more frequently. Not reliable anymore!
App not sending push notifications anymore which is a safety feature with little ones. Apple confirmed all settings on iPhone etc are as meant to be and referred this back to the developer.
The app is mostly ok. Works fine until it will either stop sending motion detection notifications, or the mic won't work for sending voice through to the camera. For some reason the voice call doesn't go through from monitor to camera and now even sending it from app to camera is spotty. Also, for some unknown reason the camera viewing on app is stuck to night mode all the time, even when the room is light and bright. At some point if fixed itself for a day, and then went back to being 24/7 night vision. Other than these issues currently, the app is fine
We’ve had this camera for about 2 years, it was working until recently. Now it doesn’t allow for the camera to be viewed from the app at all. Constantly says it’s offline. Have tried uninstalling, removing the camera from the account and also resetting the camera, nothing had worked. The only way we can view the camera is through the monitor, which defeats the purpose of this app.
