I respect the fact that Mercury didn’t pack up and run in California during the wildfires!

Appreciate the set up and ease of use of this app. Makes it easy to track associated bills and any needed insurance information.

Not that good, they request so much of you, as if you work for them and have all day to upload lame things like your odometer reading and proof…if you are really a member of Sam’s Club, all just an excuse for Mercury to scam to charge MORE and screw you over. Haven’t even been with them for a year, and I do not care for their service. Overpriced and underperforming. Seeking another company. Mercury is shady.

I can find all that I need in one place which is great, but when I try to edit a vehicle the confirm screen will not let me scroll to the bottom where the confirm button is. All my changes can’t be saved. App developer needs to fix this bug.

I’ve been with Mercury insurance for a few years now and they have very competitive rates and the customer service is great.
