The app won’t let me add more than one expense in a session; you have to exit the app and reload between each expense. Other users in our business have reported the same issue. The link for ‘App Support’ from the App Store does not link to a working Access webpage.
Can upload docs and the camera is buggy. Business blocker!!
Please reinstate ability to upload image of receipt from photos. Was very easy on previous version to take screenshot then upload. Most receipts I have are not paper so scan function not useful.
Just tried Expense for the first time this morning. There was no option to change currency, there was no option to view my previously submitted claims, nor what the approval status was - all of which was available on Access Workspace. It took longer to submit my expenses on this new app Access Expense, not intuitive at all. I wanted to like this new app but I am disappointed
Really easy to use. Self explanatory. Nice user experience and so simple and quick to submit claims on the go!
