This app is an absolute waste of time. Half the time it doesn’t open. It eats up the credit/data, doesn’t allow for much except payments which are even very restricted. Rubbish

Trying to pay a bill 2 days now

App was working well until now, it’s not even getting pass the screen no more

I will make a payment it takes the money off the card and send a message that there was an error but the money is gone off the card.Don’t try to call customer service they can’t help.

Love the fact that it’s not too much competitions to make a WiFi payment. If I’m here or overseas it works I love that

There should be more self service items on your app. You are a tech comms company afterall. Do better

i can buy data or minutes any where i am

Basically takes your money sends a receipt that doesn’t validate anything and will not provide the services you paid for
