Absolutely love this app. I’ve had it for years. Makes me feel good and motivated, and helps stretch me out and tone me up.💖
I was charged $50 on day 6 when it was supposed to be a 7-day trial. I set a reminder to cancel it in time, but being charged early was not ok. The plan I chose has so little variety- first 4 days are the same, next ~7 are all the same, and so on. There is a HUGE skill jump from the easy level to medium level within the plan as well. When choosing between the different category tabs (strength, morning routine, etc.) the workouts are the same from one category to next, with very little variation. This app is NOT worth $50
I’ve been using this app for almost a year. I love the mix of fast and slower paced routines. I’ve found my favorites, but I wish there was a way to mark favorites, or at least see of history of what I’ve done so I can keep track of those favorites. I would also greatly appreciate some new videos dropped in from time to time. Those additions would rate this as five star for me.
I started this app in 2021 and i really saw improvements in body pain and energy, i got a lot stronger and it built up my stamina really well. i recommend this app to everyone looking to take on a new challenge!
I really loved the first session. I am a beginner so it was challenging for me. After I was done I went to go look at the other classes and they are all premium!!😡I thought this app had more than 7 free sessions. I am very frustrated.
I was recommended this app by my Therapist/Psychiatrist to help manage my problems. However, I found myself using it Pilates to decompress, stretch and give thanks to the Universe. I will give this app not only 5 stars ⭐️ but 5 million stars 🌟. It has helped me to the point my family noticed a difference in me.
The best yoga app hands down.
Needs more sessions that are longer. Most of the content is 20 minutes or shorter. Would like more variety of instructors. But I do enjoy the sessions that they have, and the instructors
$15.00 a month is a joke. There are free classes on YouTube and for $11.99 a month, you can get no ads. Yes, ad free YouTube, which means you can find great yoga, great everything and skip this app.
I use Asana rebel and down dawg regularly (as in daily). Sometimes I like to try something different so I paid for this and went through all of the program (40+ sessions). Some were good, some were confusing (crow pose in a beginner practice???? No ). Some videos didn’t follow the audio and vice versa. I’ll stick with my go tos.
