20% increase on subscription!!! Greedy Google… W.T,F
Frustrated at the apparent inability to downgrade when I finished porting all my photos from iOS and was aware I was wasting money on storage I wouldn’t need. While still being on the free trial, google only showed me more expensive tiered subscriptions when I viewed ‘manage subscriptions’ It took almost 15 to find the smaller subscription options, and Google still charged me the higher price $33 as opposed to $4
If you were like me, one of the many who had an annual storage plan like the 2TB then took up the promo to get AI features, you actually have given up your whole remaining year you paid for. This is illegal in Australia yet their website doesn’t mention refund laws for Australia, only UK and Europe. I’ve checked the promo email for 2 months free and had ChatGPT verify that the promo did not specify forfeiting 11 of my 12 paid months. I’m done with Google, I’m migrating everything to another cloud provider along with all related services. You’ll have me for your search engine until Elon releases his uncompromised competitor that isn’t manipulated to provide biased political results.
I installed this because Google one had come with a vpn, but since this was given Google kiss of death this app is pointless on iOS.

Google One has a disappointing policy when it comes to refunds. I mistakenly subscribed to a plan, and despite reaching out to their support team, I was denied a refund. Additionally, there are no notification emails regarding the trial period ending, which makes it easy to unintentionally continue with a paid plan. On top of that, the service itself is an overall bundle of useless products. It's frustrating to see such a lack of flexibility and customer care for genuine mistakes. I would advise others to be very cautious before subscribing, as you might not get your money back if you make an error.

I was using Google Drive a lot when suddenly it became unusable. App will not open
Have had multiple issues with google one VPN not connecting and causing wifi / Bluetooth to be disabled on multiple devices. Have had to delete to access internet. Reinstall doesn’t seem to work. Running latest IOS on iPad pro2 and iPhone 11 Pro
