Using iPhone Pro 16 with up to date software. No matter what I do, the app will not allow me to login. I can login to the website no problem. I use the same user and password for the app as the website, but it does not work.

My phone is older, and refuses to update the app, rendering the app useless

As with so many institutions if one group wants to prove its dysfunctional they succeed. A waste of my time and government resources, but that's the point

I use to like the app now they don’t fix the problems right now I have talk to them and they told me had to reopen again with different user name I try to reset my password and it don’t work I don’t want to restart again with different user name so please fix it thanks

It’s been more than a month since the last update and it’s still broken. Let’s you login but you still can’t see benefits section, Also doesn’t show my card & stays on the login screen. This app doesn’t work. MESSED UP!!! It won’t show any of the information even though it tells me I’m logged in when I check. PLEASE READ THIS AND FIX!!!

Missing documents that I hand delivered and watched while scanned in. No explanation for assertions re “missing documents” on account. Have to keep calling and waiting 1 hour plus on the phone. Given the number of mistakes made on this app and their website, as well as the difficulty communicating with them, I believe they are both incompetent and deliberately sabotaging applications.

Now uploading documents is easy & quick!!!! November kinks in program was a pain but worth the improvement big time!
