Just love love the app. I have used it for 2 or 3 years. I am a weightlifter and a senior. It is easy to adapt and adjust to my needs.
Frequent crashes and it almost completely drains my battery in one session.
Love this app but it crashes every single time I use it, at some point during a workout it stops responding and I have to force close it and re-open it to run it. So frustrating
The app crashes consistently. In a 2 hour workout it will crash at least 5 times. It’s not a sophisticated, complex app there is no reason it should freeze/crash that frequently.
App crashes all the time while in a work. Have to close app and restart. considering deleting app and downloading a different app all together. And fact that you want us to buy the app to have more than 6 workouts in a session is ridiculous do better.
I’ve been using Bolt for a few months and it’s got me to switch from my 8 year reliance on pen and paper. There are a bunch of little improvements I’d like to see but it looks as though most of them are already on the developer’s road map. I can surely sense the thoughtfulness and passion that’s gone into this application. Happy to be a part of the Bolt user community and I look forward to see where the app goes from here.
Several workouts don’t match the description or GIF. Easy to go through and fix hopefully
I’ve been using this for years and have been very happy. Flexible, easy to use, and a lot of routine and exercise options. Nice design as well. Was 5 stars, but: Since ios18 update, my workout history (for many years) is gone from Apple Health app. It is still within this app. I’ve tried everything. I’m hoping the can fix it although I’ve reached out several times with no response. So they may not be working on this app anymore. Update 11/8/24: app developer reached out and trouble shooted some issues with me. It’s working again. So it is an active app and I still highly recommend it!
I have so many of these workout apps on my phone, trying to find the perfect one and the silly part is - it’s really not that hard but yet no app has got it right yet and it’s as simple as going to the gyms around you and making sure if there’s a machine in there that there’s a workout in the app that aligns with that. No app has got that down yet. Not a single one and there’s only so many machines and manufacturer’s for machines. Adding everything as custom is very cumbersome and for some machines - like try to type Glute in this app - not a single thing comes up - seriously? Ok I add it as custom - body part - glute isn’t on there either. I guess the search continues.
Stumbled on this app a few years ago and I haven’t made the switch since. The app offers great features and flexibility to help track all of my workouts. The dev team is consistently making updates to enhance user experience and are very responsive to feedback! 10/10 would recommend.
