    • You don’t get to just chat with someone who is going through what you’re going through. Or ask for advice from someone who has suffered with what you’re suffering with. You have to pay right away to make ANY connection.

    • It’s sad that you have to pay to have better mental health. I wanted this app because i couldn’t afford therapy but i guess i can’t have this either.
  • Age restriction blocks younger users despite need
    The mandatory 17+ age limit frustrates users under 17 who feel they are equally in need of support and believe the restriction is arbitrary and harmful.

    • I’m 16, I wish this app went to 16+ instead of 17.. I understand that it’s for serious subjects and shouldn’t be for kids but If I can drive I’m pretty sure I should be allowed to talk about my issues as well.
    • I was enjoying it so much until I was told I am to young. How can you be to young to seek emotional support. Very disappointing.
    • Why does it matter what age I am? I have experienced more pain and anxiety then most people ages 17+ have so..???

    • I am getting more and more frustrated with the app’s failure to open. For the time that I’ve been able to log in, it was very useful. Then it would get stuck on the logo screen.
    • My app won’t let me sign in it’s stuck on the W loading page I’ve tried deleting and redownloading I’ve tried waiting it won’t let me sign in please fix this
    • When I first got the app I accidentally clicked im under 17 bc I wasn’t even looking at the screen. Now I can’t get in. I’m 19, almost 20, so this is super annoying.

    • A Joke — This app is a trip they allow anybody to become a helper on this app instead of just getting licensed train professionals. They have broken people give you advice people who are going through worse things than you are.
    • The person who was supposed to be my guide is a bot. When I tried speaking to them over message all of their responses was automated. This honestly was really heartbreaking as someone...
    • The Guides are members like everyone else but they are granted moderation privileges that are abused, inconsistent, and don’t correspond to written policies.

    • Nothing on here is private. Moderators and supervisors have access to all of your messages and data. They also sell your data, there is no such thing as anonymity or privacy on here.
    • They claim they don’t take your information but they do in order to keep people who they don’t agree with from the app if you don’t believe me read other reviews from past times.
    • They know all your information. You can’t block people (guides) they lie. They will make sure you are banned if you talk about them.

    • I am a subject to harassment and bullying on this app and I have reported it more then enough for a response and still nothing .
    • This app is a JOKE. It’s just a place for the wrong ppl to feel better than you. Bullying goes on inside this app and the charges are crazy.
    • People flirt with you, try to get personal info, tell you “oh that’s so sad”, tons of rude people and trolls.

    • I downloaded this app thinking it would be great since I have severe anxiety and depression, only to see I’m not allowed to because I’m not over 17. What? We don’t feel too?
    • I thought this app was an amazing idea & is so smart, could really help people, etc. then i realize you have to pay to do pretty much anything on it. absolutely ridiculous & selfish & rude.

    • Awful costumer service, absolutely no help. I sent an email for an issue I am having. All they do is send an automatic email and never actually read and reply to your issue.
    • The app itself is good, and I really enjoyed it. However, their customer service has not responded to multiple emails I sent 4 months ago.
