Love it

I don’t like it because it’s a bit like pay to win with stupid ads like come on now here you make a game free but it’s not THIS GAME IS BAD

It is good if you’re good at it and at first you might have a hard time doing it because if you lose all your hearts then you have these things called bits and you need 100 of them to get 5 new hearts but one regular lesson only gives you 5-10 so it’s kinda annoying as you keep running out but as you get better it works absolutely fine. I’d recommend trying this app out if you’re new to coding

Simple to use and I’ve learned a lot in a short space of time

I purchased a subscription from Sololearn and have cancelled it from my phones account 2 months ago. They continue to take money from my bank although I have no subscription. Made numerous attempts to contact Sololearn via email about cancellation and refunding my money. I have not had email response for any of my communication attempts. You can’t cancel anything through the app using IOS because there isn’t an option. You have to cancel through your phones account settings. This I did and the subscription is not visible anymore, or any previous indication that I ever had a subscription. Do not purchase their subscription whatever you do! I’ve had to change all my banking details with my bank and all my outgoing payment recipients.

I already had a subscription (although not a pro subscription) which expired in 5 months time (July 26), but came to a code run example where it wouldn’t proceed without subscribing to pro, which I did. However, it immediately say “something went wrong” and I’m still blocked from proceeding. When I press code run it immediately brings up the “subscribe to pro” screen. When I try to re-subscribe it says that I’m already subscribed. I can’t proceed in the course. Help. If this is not fixed I’ll have to abandon completely and unsubscribe.

This is a total scam. You can’t go through the instructions to cancel the subscriptions which keep being taken out of the bank. I’ve emailed support who ignore the email. Total scam avoid at all costs

It’s great but the AI is talking to me in Spanish, I know it’s meant to be like Duolingo for coding I don’t think it’s a great feature, I also now need to wait 24 hours to do the task (on pro) again, even though my answer was right. I’m sure when this is fixed it will be a great feature but I probably won’t be continuing with pro.

Signed up over a year ago, paid for a year, immediately realised it was pretty rubbish. Never used it again. I didn’t get reminded of the upcoming renewal, so when they charged me £60 for another year I immediately got in contact (within the hour) to ask to cancel and get a refund and they just said no and referred me to a scammy refund policy. Don’t do it. Terrible service.
