App just does not work well and keeps showing unnecessary pop-ups

It is extremely frustrating to not have the right accessibility options to reach the required search or help on the app

Hi I bought a neck lights (NECK LTUP GROGU) from space traders in Hongkong Disneyland on 4/19/2024 and the Transaction Number:4-65 with lots of good expectations. It wasn’t working, and I’m a tourist from India, so i couldn’t get back to exchange it. Is there any other options to get the working product? I couldn’t send the mail to Disney, so I’m placing my query here.
