I have had this app for years and starting recently it glitches. Today I deleted and redownloaded but I am unable to login now. On top of not being able to load workouts as easily as before, now I can't even login into an app I've paid for.
1/25/26 I am unable to login and the error message says server is down. I contacted support team and no response yet. Very frustrated that I paid for this app but unable to use it for 5 days now. Support team if you see this, please reach out and help.
I really do love this app but it seems like the last few months there is consistently an issue. Last month it was blocking access to logging in and actually using your subscription. Now none of the fitplans load. I’ve been stuck with my current fitplan and not able to choose a new one due to this bug. Just frustrating that it seems like things just keep popping up.
As a busy mom this app helps me with my workout . Finally, I feel like I have a private trainer
The Fit Plan app is great for different workouts if you get tired of the same routine, they have multiple plans and fitness personalities to choose from’ love it!

Not working today what happened????
Immense struggle to cancel subscription because it was originally made thru google then the app switched its method to receive payments to a different company. Customer service is unresponsive.
This is a great app to train with some of your favorite fitness trainers.
