Updated app is not moving from starting logo after updation. Really worst now a days. From yesterday iam not able to login or move from stating ace23 logo. Gets freezed.

I’ve been playing for a quite a long time & you can never win on this platform. And they got the worst customer service of all. I’ve been facing an issue in the tourneys, where the tourney will get stuck & level 4 when I’m in top 3 & I took a screen recording & sent it to their customer support & this has happened like 6-10 times & in few of those I was almost in a good chip lead & was about to win the first prize but whenever I’m in top 5, it gets hang but the level 4 keeps running & my chips gets drained & the tourney ends. This is like planned, when you are about to win the game hangs, I can’t play but the tourney ends. Even after sharing a screen recording with complete proof, all they said was “Sorry for the inconvenience” & we have refunded the initial buy-in for the tourney which was 250😂 but they don’t consider the middle rebuys, the time & the prize I was about to win. And even after that, I faced the same issue so I’m planning to quit this platform as they’re very clear that they won’t let us win🫡
