Planoly: Social Media Planner

Trying to link my account, hitting fix and nothing happening. Tried multiple times. No interest in an app that doesn’t work, I want to be able to set everything up the first time w it out having to contact support and wait days

Nanas to fix the ‘unable to connect to your Instagram account’ issue after mentioned attempts for months. Have tried removing my account, adding again, following all prompts, deleting and reinstalling app… Cannot use the app.

Used the app for years and they have made so many changes in attempt to make money. Their monthly fee is far from reasonable for any small business and the “free” account they offer is virtually useless. Don’t waste your time

This app is great for planning one’s instagram feed. Dare I say, it’s the must have for it. However, it has multiple bugs I keep cursing. For one, you cannot have more than 9 as they somehow get jumbled in the feed randomly. Two, you keep logging out automatically. Three, your ig account always needs to reconnect and the message still stays. Four, this recent update with the new icon has my app crashing each time I try to open the app. It was great sadly.

I’ve been using this app for 7 years now. There was a glitch with their new update and customer service gave instructions on how to “fix” the issue. What they asked me to do caused over 100 pre-planned posts to be deleted. I no longer have access to the photos and the countless hours I spent organizing these posts (captions, grid, timing, etc) were for nothing. I am at a total loss.

I’ve been using Planonly since day one, since many years ago. Everytime they update, my account always encounter issues with linking and I had to relink uncountable times ever since, yet I still tolerated it. Now with the latest update, there was NO WAY to relink the account anymore and it ALWAYS shows error code and fixing issues, otherwise it makes me change my personal instagram account to a professional one OR upgrade the payment plan to continue using. Terrible experience that has removed all my scheduled photos that I spent a lot of time setting up.

It’s a dead app, don’t waste your time

It’s great for exactly planning your feed. But it is constantly signing you out of the app. It’s exhausting to sign in every time you open the app.

Glitches constantly, consistently struggles to keep connection and glitches every time I log in. Currently staring at a pop up saying “Uh oh glitch, please update” when I literally just updated it. Says it has auto post feature but it only appears half the time? Honestly I’ve never seen an app bug out as much as this one.

This is my first ever bad review. I’m a business owner and use Instagram to gain clients. I purchased 4 planoly accounts for myself and my staff and have continuous problems with pictures not saving, some of them get rearranged randomly and it’s a huge inconvenience to constantly have issues with this app that it’s supposed to make my marketing teams job easier. I have problems with planoly minimum once a week. I’ve reached out to their support system 10 times now and every time it’s been useless. They ask for a screen record of the issue and send you advise that isn’t helpful. For example the current issue I have now is that I can’t access one of my accounts, I can’t access it via my iPad or my phone. When I emailed them about it (2 days ago) they responded with “your account is linked and accessible”. When I log into my planoly it’s not linked and I cannot use it… don’t waste your money here and find a different app to use.. July 2024 update, I have been trying months for them to remove my credit card from their file. And still am being charged for so many users and they won’t cancel my subscription I’m going to have to get a new debit card. DONT GET THIS APP!!
