No software is perfect, but Jira and Confluence come pretty close. They support moving at pace for customers.

l’m expecting better than this. Successfully adding a simple comment to a Jira seems impossible for me. I can type it in, but there’s no send button or icon that I can find. Also, swiping the wrong way causes the Jira to disappear. This is bad when I’m opening the Jira from another app. I guess that I’ll need to get my computer going.
I am not being notified over app while I am being notified over email for a new incoming ticket also I have doubled checked all notification settings too
It works well, but lacks features & views available on the web version
Should auto load and auto save, for both web version and iOS. Basically poor management of diff between mobile and web
The transition from Opsgenie to Jira could be significantly improved, as the current experience is frustrating and disjointed.
No move option no priority change option no action menu working then what is the use or the app if we have to use web version?
