Stavvy’s World, the best advice podcast ever put me on!

I’m sure this serves well for lots of people, but not for me. I love that friends can easily share their photos to my frame, but ultimately I want to save some of those photos into my Apple Photos album, so I have them with me everywhere—and that’s a problem. Because when I save a photo from the Aura app to my Photos album, critical meta data is stripped away. The date and location of the original photo is removed! It would be so easy to at least give the user an option to keep that information. If you also could select multiple photos and batch save them with all meta data, then I’d probably give 5 stars.

App 100% must add albums. I want to be able to have a pets album. A vacation album. A flowers album. So I can pick the type of vibe I want that day or week. If I want to see pets that week, I click pets album. If I want to see family photos, I click on my family album as the “active album” for the frame. I want the ability to create albums and select which album or multi select the albums I want to currently be active.

I love my photo frame and this app. It is very easy to add photos and make adjustments. I get compliments all the time!

App is garbage

Got this frame for our boss’ office and it’s embarrassing at this point. Disconnects from WiFi everyday so he comes in and sees a screen advising it’s not connected. You try to open the app to reconnect and it just says it failed to reach the cloud service. I wouldn’t spend a penny on this again and wish I could get a refund and a frame that actually works. Total waste of time and money.

Went to Costco to buy a digital photo display frame, instead got this piece of annoying intrusion . A total no go

Love this digital frame. Family is always with us every day now.
