This app is a nightmare

Would be helpful to have bar code added to tickets in Apple wallet when barcodes become available.

Fees and then they try to push insurance and hotels and stupid special offers

This shouldn’t be legal

Would be helpful to show the venue where the show is before I purchase tickets. Need to know distance and such!

Price gouging monopoly

Operating a monopoly, and hopefully congress gets this corrected

This garbage company and all the hoops you have to jump through just to log in is pathetic. Don’t know why this company is allowed to operate in the country.

This should be illegal the fees that they charge, oh yeah, it is. They just lost in court to the government, but all they’ll do is pay the government a fine and we will still continue to get screwed.

I tried to use a promo code, but it makes you put it in a place called “unlocked”, instead of doing anything that is intrinsically easy, like the filters (where the promo is an option), and at the end where you are asked for a promo code. Get a better software engineer manager! Also, when I called customer service, the person could not help me and did not speak English very well. She could also not sell the tickets over the phone. Finally, I called the venue when they were open and they walked me through the process. Something that should’ve taken five minutes took over an hour and a half. Ridiculous! Seriously get someone to write your code that knows how to do user interfaces properly.
