Doesn’t work, can’t order anything

I’m on iPhone 16+, everything updated and Can’t order anything in this app. I have a location selected for pickup and I hit the little + symbol to add an item to the order and… nothing happens. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck. Had to use the website instead.

I put in a Taco Bell gift card for a delivery order. The order didn't go through and it said there was an issue with payment but the gift card now says empty. I never spent the money or got the order! NOT SECURE OR WORTH YOUR TIME!!! Called and they said only customer service can help me if i call them in 2 days.... useless honestly

I have ordered over $1,500 worth of food off of this app but these past few times it keeps saying it couldn’t process the payment even though it charges my bank. I just spent over $200 and still don’t even have food on the way. I know it gets refunded but this is beyond ridiculous guys. Get your stuff together!

not a fan of the jokey app update release notes.. people want to know which bugs were fixed, not the same joke about food. just add real info with the joke. how hard is it?

App has been horribly broken for weeks, and is to the point where its literally unusable. All digital order placements get to the placing order screen and just stay there eternally never placing orders. Order history is completely broken too and I can’t see any details, and also can’t place any feedback or input when orders were wrong. Used to be such a great app and now I just can’t order anything
