One thing I am really hoping that Canes could add is a point system for purchase where you can redeem for free canes.

This poorly written app logs you off all the time. It’s on my phone, keep me logged in!!

I like that I can ask for no salt because of potential health issues.

Of course this app does what I need it to, but the load times are very slow and glitchy. That isn’t the worst of it though, as the app logs me out every. Single. Time. It’s beyond frustrating. Can one devs look at this issue or something bruh

Everything is great about ordering except the fact the app logs me out every single time and days apart. I can’t stay logged in, wish it remembered my log info too to easily log in.

I had a really frustrating experience with this app after the latest update. I wasn’t able to access my account because the verification code that’s supposed to be sent to my phone number never arrived. I’ve been living in Florida for years, but my phone number is from Puerto Rico, and it seems like the system no longer properly supports or recognizes it after the update released a few days ago. If the app can’t reliably send codes to certain numbers, there should at least be an option to receive the verification code via email. I tried multiple times and still didn’t receive anything, which left me completely locked out of my account with no clear solution. This is a serious issue, especially for users who depend on secure and consistent access. The app needs better support for different regions and more flexible verification options to prevent situations like this.
