It's almost impossible to upload pictures from the app because it constantly crashes. It also doesn’t allow me to select multiple pictures. I'm very surprised by the high rating of the app since it fails to perform its primary function.

Sent the invite code to myself and bought my mom the frame. App won’t work and just sits on the “skylight” home page. I just wanted a nice gift to share photos.

Our family of 16 absolutely loves our Skylight Calendar… it’s been a game-changer for keeping our large, busy household organized and running smoothly!
The calendar is fantastic for managing everything from appointments and family events to church activities, babysitting gigs, and Dad’s work schedule. With so many people under one roof, having one central, easy-to-see display that syncs everything keeps us all on the same page without constant mix-ups.
We rely heavily on the tasks feature for everyone’s daily routines, assigning chores, marking laundry days, shower schedules, and more. The kids can check in easily, which has helped build responsibility and reduced the need for constant parental reminders.
The lists are extremely helpful for grocery shopping, tracking what we have at home, and creating checklists so the kiddos make sure they complete all their chores properly.
We especially love the menu feature! It’s extremely helpful because you can add your own recipes and instantly add the ingredients to the grocery list. No more forgotten items or separate apps… just everything in one convenient place on the wall.
The rewards system is also a big hit and so much fun! We use it to celebrate good behaviors, and it can even be used as gentle penalties for bad behaviors. The kids get excited about earning (or losing) stars, which has made discipline and motivation way more positive and effective.
If you have a large family or a packed schedule, I can’t recommend the Skylight Calendar enough. It brings peace, organization, and a bit more harmony to our chaotic but wonderful home. Totally worth every penny!

love the app the pics dont work

this was the main reason i bought a skylight. uploading pictures to it never works correctly. even when only select a few at a time it is really unreliable will only add the first few of the ones i selected. always said sending and then the pics never arrive. this app should allow me to easily add photos. very disappointing and frustrating.

Bought the calendar. Couldn’t be a worse UI if they tried. You need to be a NASA scientist to connect your spouses calendar and color code them. Instructions are terrible. Online instructions are terrible. Paid influencer instructions are terrible. Seriously. For an expensive piece of hardware, just do better. Please. If there were negative stars for the UI I’d tap them.

It’s ok but Family Wall is better but they do not have the Hub like Skylight. The one plus is I can view the calendar on my Mac, Iphone, and hub.
