It’s horrible that I can’t even sign on to unlock my doors for my family without being asked for a review. Well, here’s your review. The ads are also tiresome. Update. Samsung has contacted and so has Apple. Guess what? Not fixed. Maybe focus on the customer and not ads. Horrible.

  • Two step authentication

Two step authentication should work every time and it happened to not work on two separate occasions when installing new devices took weeks to finally be able to set up both devices still haven’t figured out why I wasn’t receiving codes or calls but should definitely be looked into

The app is honest awful. It tried to be more than a straightforward remote, like wth. It sucks at everything and the only thing worse is the damn tv.

  • Samsung Interface
    1d ago

The Samsung interface is slow and clunky, in comparison to Roku and other types. I had to buy a Roku to add to the TV, cause the channels were simply nonexistent. Really Samsung is attempting to dive into this market and should stop. It should work with other programs that have this market cornered. It's super frustrating for the consumer and needs to be resolved.

Login, then you login, then you login- that’s all you do- it’s not useful for anything other than practicing your password.

Best washer I have ever used , due to the fact of being able to wash, dry, and i mean actually dry, you don’t have to add more time like other machines!

Literally, the worst app that I’ve ever used in my life. You have to have a username, password, register your email, and register your phone number for verification purposes all to just operate your stupid TV. If you change your phone number guess what? You can’t get into the app. You can put in a request to change your phone number to your new number… But it takes about a month for that to go through for “security purposes”. If you get logged out of your app, there is no way to get back into it without verifying your identity via a phone number text message. And as stated above, if you have recently changed your phone number, you’re just stuck. I eventually gave up and just made a new account. After doing that, I assured that my Bluetooth is on and I am ready to connect to my Samsung TV. I select add a new device. in the app, and it tells me to turn my Bluetooth on, so I can find it. The Bluetooth is already on? It starts searching and just spins indefinitely and never actually finds my TV. On the Bluetooth on my device, it is picking up my TV, but smart things can’t find this TV whatsoever and thinks that my Bluetooth is off. That little helpful blurb at the bottom that says “ can’t find your device? “ yeah… You click on that and it just tells you to turn your Bluetooth on like it’s not already on. This is the most ridiculous nonsense I have ever seen for a remote to control a TV. Even when I was connected before I changed my phone number and got logged out and locked out and can no longer control my TV, the app works sporadically. My TV will be on, but on the app it says that it’s often and I can’t control it. Honestly, you’re better off spending $20 at Walmart for a universal remote rather than dealing with this nonsense. I certainly wish I had done that.

  • Stop asking for feedback!!

Honestly that’s about it. I don’t want to navigate past your begging for feedback every time I open the app.
